My week at Hillside Retreat was nothing short of extraordinary, exceeding my high expectations in every way. The cozy Morris unit provided the perfect escape, with its efficient heating and the romantic ambiance of a wood fire, creating a delightful atmosphere despite the chilly weather. Joy, our attentive host, truly made our stay memorable, going above and beyond by promptly returning my forgotten earphones and ensuring we had everything we needed in the fully-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to enjoy peaceful meals on the lovely terrace surrounded by serene gardens. I wholeheartedly recommend Hillside Retreat to anyone seeking a tranquil stay in York, with the perfect blend of comfort and hospitality.
